The Comprehensive Oncology Department of Shanghai International Medical Center is led by Professor Ding Gang, a leading medical talent from Shanghai City, winner of the 11th Silver Snake Award from the Shanghai City Health Bureau, and leader of the key specialty oncology discipline of the Shanghai City Health Commission. He leadsa team of medical professionals with rich clinical experience, with 65 full-time oncology specialist medical staff. The team currently has 20 doctors, 1 doctoral supervisor, 1 master's supervisor, 2 chief physicians and 7 associate chief physicians,90% of whom have postgraduate degrees. The multi-disciplinary oncology consultation platform created brings together more than 400 oncology experts from Grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai City. The "5H Oncology Service Model" first proposed by the Comprehensive Oncology Department won the 2018 Shanghai Medical Service Brand; the established one-stop, full-cycle and personalized service for domestic oncology was approved as a clinical trial site for oncology drugs through inspection by the State Food and Drug Administration in 2019; Create China's high-quality oncology service innovation platform and became the oncology medical collaboration center of non-public medical institutions in China; It has won the title of "China Brand Doctor Team" in 2020, 2021 and 2022;"2022 China Brand Specialist";2022 "China Top Ten Outstanding Doctor Groups"; the department has successively won 6 national-level and research projects, published 25 papers during this period, including 15 SCI papers, and participated in more than 30 exchanges at various levels.
