Introduction

Xu Yao is deputy chief physician of orthopedics at Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, doctoral candidate, and member of Sicot. Under Professor Huang Huangyuan, he is mainly engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment and related research in trauma orthopedics, focusing on surgical treatment of common limb fractures, wrist and elbow joint injuries, and thoracolumbar fractures. Independently undertook one project of the District Science and Technology Commission, participated in 4 projects of national nature and Shanghai City bureau level, and published more than ten SCI and domestic core journals. In 2012, he went to Shizuoka, Japan for a year of study. He participated in many medical volunteer work and medical security work for various large-scale events. In 2015, he participated in the first batch of Huashan Hospital International Rescue Team and went to Nepal for earthquake relief. In 2017, he was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer of Shanghai City.
