Introduction

1.Diet: Follow a light diet for three days prior to the examination. Avoid high-fat, high-protein foods, alcohol, and any medications that may affect liver or kidney function. 2.Fasting: Refrain from eating after 10:00 PM and from drinking water after midnight on the night before the examination. 3.Rest: Avoid strenuous exercise and ensure adequate sleep, as insufficient rest may affect blood glucose, lipid, and blood pressure results. 4.Women: Do not give a urine sample or undergo a gynecological examination during menstruation; these tests should be rescheduled after your period ends. 5.Documents: Bring your health records and valid identification. If you have a history of hospitalization or surgery, please bring relevant medical records. 6.Pregnancy: X-ray examinations are contraindicated during pregnancy. Please inform the medical staff in advance if you are pregnant.
