He is good at minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic/robotic) for various urinary tumors, and is especially good at individualized and precise treatment of bladder tumors: including transurethral resection/laser treatment and BCG infusion for superficial bladder cancer, highly difficult surgeries such as various urinary diversion (ileal channel surgery/orthotopic neo-bladder surgery) after total laparoscopic cystectomy, and comprehensive treatment of advanced bladder cancer such as chemotherapy, immunization and targeted treatment.

He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 2008 and has been working in Ruijin Hospital in the same year for more than 15 years. Currently serves as the guiding physician and responsible mentor of the standardized training surgery base for residents of Ruijin Hospital. About 500 urological surgeries such as bladder cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, adrenal tumors, and stones are completed every year. He is particularly good at individualized and precise treatment of bladder cancer, especially minimally invasive urinary diversion after radical cystectomy (including orthotopic ileal neobladder, ileal channel surgery, and ureterostomy). So far, he has participated in the treatment of more than 3000 patients with bladder cancer, and has accumulated rich experience in surgical and perioperative management. The department has successively carried out the most complex and difficult surgeries in urology, such as the first complete laparoscopic total cystectomy-ileal channel surgery, and the first complete laparoscopic total cystectomy-orthotopic ileal neobladder surgery.
