Introduction
Li Qifang is the chief consultant expert of the Sleep Center of Shanghai International Medical Center, director of the Department of Anesthesia and Sleep of Shanghai City Fourth People's Hospital, master's supervisor, and registered traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. The former chief physician of the Department of Anesthesiology at Shanghai Ruijin Hospital has been committed to basic and clinical research on anesthesia ideas for the treatment of insomnia for many years. From August 2009 to August 2011, he studied at the St. Louis Campus of the University of Washington School of Medicine in the United States for 2 years. In 2014, he obtained a Chinese medicine license from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He integrated Chinese and Western medicine. In 2008 and 2012, he completed 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects. In 2012, he received funding from Shanghai City's "Pujiang Talent Plan". In 2017, he published his personal monograph "Phlegan School of Traditional Chinese Medicine". He is good at combining contemporary social characteristics and treating refractory insomnia and related difficult diseases from the perspective of anesthesia.
