Introduction

He graduated from the Department of Medicine of Shanghai Second Medical University in 1990 with a bachelor's degree. He graduated from the Graduate School of Shanghai Second Medical University in 1996 with a master's degree in internal medicine and hematology. In 1999, he went to Harvard Medical School to study and work at Massachusetts General Hospital for three years. Returned to China in 2002. In 1990, he entered the Department of Internal Medicine of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Second Medical University and served as a resident of internal medicine. In 1995, he was promoted to the attending physician of the Department of Hematology, and in 2003, he was promoted to the deputy chief physician of the Department of Hematology. For a long time, he has been mainly engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching of blood diseases, and has accumulated certain experience in the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases such as blood tumors, anemia and thrombocytopenia purpura. He has published more than ten papers in core professional journals at home and abroad, and participated in the compilation of many professional books. He was rated as an outstanding young backbone of the institute and received funding from the academy's scientific research fund. Won the Shanghai City Scientific and Technological Progress Award.
