Clinical diagnosis and treatment of oral maxillofacial and head and neck tumors

Introduction

Ruan Min, male, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor, chief physician, and master's supervisor of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial and Head and Neck Oncology, the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and a clinical visiting scholar at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York and MD-Anderson Cancer Center in Texas, USA. He is mainly engaged in the surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial and head and neck tumors. He has rich clinical experience in combined radical surgery of oral and maxillofacial and head and neck tumors and repair and reconstruction of postoperative defects. A total of more than 4000 operations under general anesthesia for oral, maxillofacial and head and neck tumors have been completed. He is currently a member of the Head and Neck Oncology Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, a member of the World Association of Chinese Oncologists, a member of the Oral and Maxillofacial and Head and Neck Oncology Professional Committee of the Shanghai City Stomatological Association, a young member of the Microsurgery Professional Committee of the Shanghai City Medical Association, a review expert of the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education, a review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, an expert of the Shanghai City Science and Technology Award review, and an external review expert of Henan Province Science and Technology Award. He has presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects and 1 Shanghai City Natural Science Foundation projects. He has been selected as the National Excellent Expo Nomination, the "Pujiang Talents" of Shanghai City, the Outstanding Young Key Teacher of Shanghai City Education Commission, the "Morningstar Scholar" of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the "Outstanding Physician" of the Stomatology Peak Discipline of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the "New Hundred Talents Plan" of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. He has edited 2 monographs, participated in 2 monographs, obtained 3 utility model patents, and published more than 30 academic papers, including 23 first/corresponding authors and 18 published in SCI.
