He graduated from the Department of Pediatrics of Shanghai Second Medical University in July 1987, and has joined the pediatric surgery department of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Second Medical University. He is currently the chief physician, a national member of the Pediatric Surgery Branch of Shanghai City Medical Association, deputy leader of the neonatal surgery group of the Pediatric Surgery Branch of China Medical Association, deputy chairman of the Pediatric Surgery Branch of Shanghai Medical Association, member of the Standing Committee of the Maternal and Fetal Medicine Branch of China Maternal and Child Health Care Association, and member of the Expert Group of the National Health Planning Commission. He has studied, studied and visited famous universities and hospitals in the United States and Europe as a senior visiting scholar. He has worked on research, further training and visiting study on oncology and pediatric surgical diseases at the State University of California, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, California, San Francisco, School of Medicine, Children's Hospital of Pediatric Surgery, and Mary Hospital of the University of Hong Kong.
